RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are made to order, so please double-check your size and order details before purchasing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at beartideco@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and send a replacement if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a replacement if eligible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, since our products are made to order, returns may only be accepted for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
