Order Processing
All items are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.


Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Bear & Tide Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at beartideco@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
